Business automation & websites

Less busywork. More time for customers.

Get customer requests, follow-ups, and everyday admin working together. Start with one process to improve or a website that needs attention.

01 / How we can help

A practical place to start.

Choose the help you need. We’ll agree on the deliverables, timing, and cost before the work starts.

01AI workflow review

Bring one process that takes too long. We’ll look at the steps, the tools you use, and where AI or straightforward automation could help.

A workflow review, tool recommendations, and a scoped next step. Useful when you want to know what is worth changing first.

02Workflow automation

Connect repeat steps behind customer inquiries, reminders, and paperwork. Keep a person in control where a decision or a check matters.

An agreed workflow, connected tools, testing on sample tasks, and instructions for using it. Integrations depend on the access your existing tools provide.

03Business website

Make it easy for customers to understand your services and contact you from their phone or computer.

Agreed pages and content, a responsive website, an inquiry route, and a handover. We’ll identify hosting, domain, and ongoing maintenance costs in the proposal.

Have a task in mind? Talk through your needs

An example to explore

From a website inquiry to a clear next step.

An illustrative setup for a service business. A useful website connects to the work that happens after someone gets in touch.

Customer request

I’d like a quote for a garden cleanup. I’m available next Thursday. What do you need from me?

Suggested workflow

Capture the request → prepare a reply asking for the address and job details → let you review and send → create a follow-up reminder.

This is a proposed workflow, not a client result or a live automation. Pricing, availability, and promises stay with the person reviewing the reply.

Discuss an example from your work

03 / How we work

Start with the work. Build from there.

  1. Tell us about the work

Share the task, the tools you use, and what a better result would look like. We’ll work through your questions in plain language.

  2. Agree on the first step

Review the scope, deliverables, cost, and timing before committing. Start with a focused project or session you can evaluate.

  3. Try it, check it, use it

Work through real examples, review the results, and learn what you need to keep using the tool or skill. Discuss any further work separately.

Before you get started.

How are projects and training priced?

The quote depends on the work involved: the tools to connect, the website pages or software features needed, or the format and size of a training session. We’ll explain what’s included and identify any separate software, hosting, or support costs before you decide.

Do we have to replace our current tools?

We’ll look at your current tools first and check how they connect. If a new subscription or a change of software is needed, we’ll explain it before you commit.

Can we start with just one task?

Yes. A single inquiry process, follow-up step, or website can be a useful first project. We’ll agree on what success looks like and check the result before discussing more work.

What affects the timeline?

The scope, access to your tools, and readiness of your content determine the schedule. We’ll set milestones in the proposal and explain what we need from you at each stage.

Let’s make work easier.

Tell us which task takes too long or what your website needs to do. Include the tools you already use if you know them.

We’ll reply by email to understand your needs and suggest a next step. Sending an inquiry does not commit you to a project.

Before work begins, we’ll agree on the scope, timing, and cost.

For example: We copy website inquiries into a spreadsheet and need help following up. We use Gmail and Google Sheets.

We use your details to respond to your inquiry. How we handle your information.
